this is an intense piece. quite beautiful - almost in still. was the 9-11 actions in this piece for you? i see the grid as buildings surface and the moment of impact just before flames.. would be interesting to see this on a grand scale of multiple planes..like the ww1 bombers and fighter planes..what was the statistic?..that the life of a fighter pilot was 6 minutes in battle? i remember hearing this outrageous statistic as fact; horrifying number. i see a hundred little planes [actual # of planes that were killed] embedded in the side of a wall..the exterior of a building in a downtown city. what an impact that would make for the lives people have given up for the 'freedoms' of our country. actually, maybe i should check if your a USA resident first, but i took the AA flight and rolled with thoughts. excellent execution of ideas. cheers!
